FYI, the Extension Manager claims I need to have Dreamweaver MX or higher installed, but I have the latest and greatest - Dreamweaver 8.
Are you on a Mac? I think I've heard about similar problems from Mac people. Have you tried installing with Dreamweaver running? If yes, try to turn it off.
