When the DBVARNAME attribute worked, you could pass them in any order you
liked. That was the purpose of the DBVARNAME attribute. I suspect you can
put whatever you like in the VARIABLE attribute, but that it'll be ignored
unless you have a type INOUT or OUT parameter.
