I think its a function of the listserv. Its a reminder that you are subscribed to the list, but the text hasn't been set up very well. Its just showing the unsubscribe details and the sponsor advert. I get the same thing from another list, but it says something along the lines of "This is to confirm that you are a subscriber of this list. Should you wish to unsubscribe click on the link below" or some such bumf.
