CFEclipse.  Add in subclipse, ant, svnant and FusionDebug and you've got an
unbeatable combination.  Obviously you can run all of these standalone, but
we're talking IDEs, right?

Code insight isn't a big deal for me as I often type faster than I can read
the little popups, but I have coders here who would be crippled without it,
and DW is still a little ahead for them.

Then there are a zillion cool little features, like the task list, automatic
code folding, compare with local history, the component explorer, the
methods view, the way the editor deals with lots of open files....
