I am working on this, this is part of Eclipse (well, some eclipse
plugins do implement it)
I have used textmate, and its my favourite text editor, but for my
IDE I use cfeclipse (obviously, I am the lead developer of the
project for *some* reason!)
Tab based editing is nice, yes, but for all tags? I find that kinda
annoying.
I would be happy to implement more interesting things than all the
tags with a tab, things like functions, component shells and things
like that.

And with regards to accessibility, I am sure this is a list that
would be interested in that, after all, at the end of the day, we all
develop websites dont we? and this isn't a Flex only list by any means!
