I agree with all of these. I personally feel I got the most out of the
Pragmatic Programmer (even though it has very little to do with OO
specifically), Design Patterns Explained, Head First OO Analysis and Design,
and of course the original Design Patterns book.

Fowler's "Patterns of Enterprise Application Architecture" is a very good
catalog of patterns but, similar to the original GoF patterns book, is much
more of a catalog and less of a "how-to".
