I'm not seeking perfection here, just some consistency. Our code is
littered with:

-- index.cfm fuseactions with all the cfc calls right in the
fuseaction, and then a brainless dsp
-- index files that call act files that do all the cfc calls
-- index files that call dsp files that themselves do all the cfc calls.

I'm pretty strong on OO myself... it's mostly a matter of figuring out
the most sensible approach in a less-than-ideal situation. Internally
we have different opinions on how to do this so I'm mainly just
seeking some objective opinions.
