Names that are 3 characters or longer are lower cased.

Microsoft has different standards for their Active Directory attributes.
sAMAccountName = Security Accounts Manager Account Name
employeeID = Employee IDentifier
However, I agree with you. It should be "Id" not "ID".
Should it be "sqlCommand" or "sQLCommand"?
