Some CF tags like cfchart need access to the CFIDE directory created by 
CF install.  Sysadmins like to lock down the CFIDE/administrator to keep 
evil do'ers out of the server admin.  Make sure that everything in 
cfide/ other than the administrator is still accessible.  Also note that 
CF Linux is cAsE SeNsItIvE!  Wouldn't hurt to make a symlink cfide -> 
CFIDE so both case versions point to the same place.
