Some CF tags like cfchart need access to the CFIDE directory created by CF install. Sysadmins like to lock down the CFIDE/administrator to keep evil do'ers out of the server admin. Make sure that everything in cfide/ other than the administrator is still accessible. Also note that CF Linux is cAsE SeNsItIvE! Wouldn't hurt to make a symlink cfide -> CFIDE so both case versions point to the same place.
