I don't know how involved the CFIDE folder is in the process, but it might
be worth noting that my CFIDE ( and ColdFusion install ) is somewhere
completely separate from this application/siteroot/customtagsfolder.
Basically
ColdFusion: drive:/serverware/cf8/
CFIDE: drive:/serverware/cf8/webroot/cfide/
This app: drive:/webroot/appX/

Note: My CFIDE folder is in a separate folder than where the WEB-INF
directory is, which is cf8/wwwroot/
