I'd prefer a bug report and a #if 0 // FIXME - add support for this in the compiler, then turn this on (bug #n) style comment on the testcase. When I run the testsuite, 0 failures is very easy to understand and analyze. Additionally, a FIXME in the code that explains what is left to do should be sufficient to ensure the work gets done.
