Okay, another option would be to have something like:
MemberExpr
-> ImplicitThisMemberExpr
-> ExplicitBaseMemberExpr
In the end, I think I'd prefer having an 'implicit this/self' bit in
MemberExpr. That sounds much better than an implicit bit on expr,
