Hi krememek, jordan_rose, zaks.anna,

There are three copies of IsCompleteType(...) function in CSA and all of them 
are incomplete (I experienced  crashes in some CSA's test cases). I have 
replaced these function calls with Type::isIncompleteType() calls.
