test/CodeGenCXX/debug-info-namespace.cpp: Add explicit -fverbose-asm to cc1 to
let cygming pass.
This test seeks a verbose comment in output. By default, "-integrated-as" sets
verbose-asm. Cygming is not ready for -integrated-as yet.
