A more appropriate name is checkEndOfTranslationUnit (a checker can already
check the TranslationUnitDecl with checkASTDecl which is called at the
beginning).
So please change runCheckersOnTranslationUnit ->
runCheckersOnEndOfTranslationUnit and likewise for the rest of the patch
("class TranslationUnit" -> "class EndOfTranslationUnit", etc.).
Otherwise looks good!
