I think bool-conversion is a narrower categorization than literal-conversion. I suspect it is already a strict subset, and if not we could make it a strict subset. Essentially, I know of lots of code (ours included) which uses -Wbool-conversion by default, but not a lot that can use -Wliteral-conversion.
