I've made some modifications to the documentation on how to test clang on Windows when building from MSVC. This information comes from my own struggle to find a way to reliably test on Windows, so it may be useful for others who are running into the same issues.
The main change is to add information about build_config, build_mode and clang_site_config information. But while I was there, I also cleaned up path separators to be more Windows-eque. ~Aaron
