Then I'm not sure I get the idea: Put -fgnu-runtime, -fgnustep-runtime and 
-fobjfw-runtime all in CGObjCGNU.cpp and get rid of all the other flags?

What to do in CGObjCMac.cpp then? Get rid of the ABI flags there too?
