It avoids generating many spurious pages such as http://clang.llvm.org/doxygen/classRepresents.html, but likely not all yet. The diff is 449 lines for 5 header files in two directories (though of course much of that is context, and fewer than a hundred lines are actually changed): Index: include/clang/Analysis/CallGraph.h Index: include/clang/Analysis/ProgramPoint.h Index: include/clang/AST/DeclObjC.h Index: include/clang/AST/Type.h Index: include/clang/AST/Decl.h Let me know if breaking this up would be helpful (or, of course, any other changes that would make this patch better).
