-Os is *widely* used on the Mac, while -Oz is not (and was added for a specific 
purposes).  The -Os documentation should likely be updated, but -Oz is not an 
option that (I believe) is not widely used.

What do you prefer?  I'm more than happy to discuss this.  Would you prefer I 
revert this change and we discuss this on cfe-dev?
