Thanks Evan. That's probably good enough for the LLVM side (assuming
no objections). Would anyone Clang-related be willing to give it their
blessing, subject to later comments being acted upon in a timely
fashion?

I'll stress again, this step won't affect our willingness to respond
to any reviews of the existing code. It'll just mean that we can
continue development more openly.
