Hi, As previously discussed...
The attached patch emits an alias when an internal-linkage function or variable is declared within an extern "C" block and marked with the 'used' attribute, and allows the unmangled name of the entity to be used (from, say, inline asm in the same file) if it is unambiguous. Thanks! Richard
