But that doesn't catch the case where the qualifier is the containing class
itself (A::XX) i.e which also causes an assertion violation - for e.g. this
does not work:
const bool IsInMicrosoftModeWithoutAQualifierLoc =
getSema().getLangOpts().MicrosoftMode &&
!QualifierLoc.getNestedNameSpecifier();
