I was merely basing this on my observations of the reference system compiler (gcc-4.0.1) and the includes from that gcc tool set.
I'm hardly an authority, but I do have a working machine as my source.  :)

The last patches from Apple for ppc darwin seem to be from 2011 or so
(git log -i --grep=darwin --grep='ppc\|powerpc' --all-match master),
so I guess that is reasonable.
