Generally, yes, I think the page is now useful enough to be worth
linking in, even though I've only classified ~10% of the core issues
so far. However, it's misleading to just put the link in the C++11
section, since it's not C++11-specific. We should also correct the
claim that "Clang currently implements all of the ISO C++ 1998
standard (including the defects addressed in the ISO C++ 2003
standard)", since plenty of the "No"s so far are part of C++2003.
