AST/SourceLocationTest.cpp: Appease MS hosts to suppress
CXXUnresolvedConstructExpr.SourceRange, for now.
FIXME: It could pass if MS-compatible mode were disabled with
Args.push_back("-fno-delayed-template-parsing").
