Hi,
I have attached a fix for the above bug. The fix is not very refined but it does solve the bug. On regression one failure was in TC Clang :: SemaCXX/explicit.cpp, however the test itself is not clear. As the same
thing is allowed on g++ and not allowed on EDG compiler. For my patch we are following what gcc is doing. Please have a look and let me know what all changes can be done.
