Wordsmithing: at the very least we don't need the "which" here, but I think 
it'd be nice to put the incorrect name into the message too, and possibly 
distinguish "missing" from "invalid".

"CF object of type %0 is bridged to undeclared class '%1'"
"CF object of type %0 is bridged to '%1', which is not an Objective-C class"
