Ok. Just to report, it still seems to be broken and the automatic format
verified is still complaining. What is the commit that broke it. Would it
make sense to revert it temporarily until the fix is ready?
Dinesh just fixed this in r208080. From the commit, it looks like
r207961 might've been the cause.
