I noted this explicitly with a FIXME, reworded the comments to explicitly associate these with `RewriteRule` and moved them to immediately after the other `RewriteRule` functions. `Transformer` is now the last declaration in the file (and should probably be split into its own header at this point, being just one interpreter of `RewriteRule` among many).
