I think that bug was for the problem of high memory usage when doing multiple compilations in one clang invocation. I've filed https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=44865 for the interface stubs vs asan issue to keep track of it easier. Please cc yourselves and track progress there.
