Wouldn't
returnStmt(has(ctorAsArgument))
be sufficient?
or maybe
returnStmt(has(ignoringImplici(ctorAsArgument)))
hasDescendant is slow, and besides it probably match for cases like:
return fun(A(a, b, c));
where fun is call, and ctorAsArgument will match to A()
