To make the stderr purely sarif (thus parsable by other sarif-viewer-programs),
we should either
- move the head "warning" and the tail "show-carets" into the body of sarif, or
- remove them.
I tried hard but cannot find the place where prints "X warnings and Y errors
generated". If you could tell me where this is triggered, I would greatly
appreciate it. Thank you!
