MLIR side looks good, but can you also add test cases to `mlir/test/Target/LLVMIR/Import/function-attributes.ll`, `mlir/test/Target/LLVMIR/llvmir.mlir` and `mlir/test/Dialect/LLVMIR/func.mlir`?
