While going through the unresolved entries in cxx_dr_status.html I noticed
three DRs that Clang already handles correctly but are still listed as Unknown.
This adds the corresponding test entries so the status page reflects reality.
- **CWG2708** — Parenthesized initialization of arrays. `const int a[2](1, 2);`
is accepted in C++20.
- **CWG2713** — Reference-to-aggregate from a designated initializer list.
`const A& r = {.x = 1, .y = 2};` works in C++20.
- **CWG2792** — Cleanup of the noexcept operator wording. Wording-only, marked
`na`.
Also includes a small drive-by fix: `cwg2947` was tagged `tentatively ready`
but the CWG index has since moved it to `ready`. Without this update,
`make_cxx_dr_status` aborts before regenerating the page. The HTML file is
regenerated accordingly.
Happy to drop CWG2947 into a separate PR if preferred.
