The vrnd32x/64x builtins are NEONMAP1 entries in AArch64SIMDIntrinsicMap
they were getting so they get dispatched through findARMVectorIntrinsicInMap ->
emitCommonNeonBuiltinExpr before reaching the switch in emitAArch64BuiltinExpr
