Thanks, I had not thought of that. But deprecating these builtins directly will 
not be sufficient. If the user is allowed to use them in any form, then I must 
also emit a warning if the attribute is used in #199622. Might as well just let 
them use the attribute and separately worry about deprecating the builtins.
