It seems like Gentoo is building with something like: `CLANG_RESOURCE_DIR=../../../../lib/clang/24` This is extending out above the riscv64-nogcc folder that the test sets up, so my change strips this and the dots out. A simple change would be to adjust the test, to remove the expectation of the riscv64-nogcc folder, but that would seem to go against the goal of the test, to have things in that test folder, so I'm proposing that this test sets the -resource-dir.
