`__clang_cuda_intrinsics.h` calls `#pragma
pop_macro("__INTRINSIC_LOAD_FAMILY")` (introduced in #144851), but omitted the
matching `#pragma push_macro("__INTRINSIC_LOAD_FAMILY")` before `#define
__INTRINSIC_LOAD_FAMILY` (unlike `__INTRINSIC_STORE_FAMILY` and the other
helper macros).
