Done. `GetLinkerPath(&LinkerIsLLD)` already covers `-fuse-ld=lld` (both
standalone and with `--ld-path=`), and `addLTOOptions` is only used by
toolchains that use `GetLinkerPath`, so the extra `Linker` check is no longer
needed.
