* Update manual
- Fix @result{} in the HTML output.
- Revamp the "Implementation support" chapter.
- Fix misc documentation rot.
- Delete empty sections.
- Document the emulation of long-long types.
- Remove UTF-8 characters since texinfo has not entered
the 21st century yet.
- Finish the documentation for the new encoding support.
