* cffi-allegro: WITH-FOREIGN-POINTER bug fix
- Pass :ALLOCATION :FOREIGN-STATIC-GC to FF:WITH-STACK-FOBJECT so that
the allocated object is not moved by the GC in those situation where
W-S-F does heap allocation (e.g. in interpreted code).
