[CFTALKTor] Time in Sybase

Hello All,   I wondering if anyone that is familiar with Sybase 7.0  could help me with this task.  I have a field that is a time.  I would like to check if the time that is in that field is greater or less than a set time value.   ie   Let's say I have a time in my database that is 8:30pm I would to check if that time is greater than 8:00pm   I just can't seem to get this to work.   Thanks   Mike
