I posted a lot of bugs back to Macromedia with Beta 1 - most of them should be fixed in beta 2, but some of them won't be - like the ordering of elements in "fieldnames" - it was as they were defined in all previous versions of CF, now its random - we had an app that iterated through the list... I'm suprised at the switch to Java when performance in CF5 is sooo good - I am assured that Neo will be as fast... Don't think that your getting a free copy of CF6 with Neo - its a few releases away from being a stable, robust product like the current CF..
The development team does appreciate our help, and thats a Big Plus for Macromedia - they really are trying to make the "best" product for web development. Just wondering if anyone has had the opportunity to play with Neo? I just downloaded the beta but I haven't had a chance to install it.
