If a DNS is pointing each domain to your box you can set up IIS on that box to
respond to each domain as a separate virtual web site.  Each site would then be
completely separate from every other virtual domain and would have its own home
directory, default pages etc.

It's simple to set up and very effective. You'd use host header names in each
site.
