Excuse me for asking, but why would you want to override a user's language
preference?

At least even if their knowledge of English is minimal, they'll click the
right button if it is in their language.

Subject: [CFTALKTor] input type languange

Hi all,

I have a file field in one of my pages using <input type=file>
The text on the button says 'browse...', but when users in France see
it, it says 'Parcourir...'. How can I standardize this by having it
appear only in English?

Thanks.
