Hello, I'm trying to figure out how to connect to an ms sql database without using a datasource/ODBC, in Cold Fusion.
The sql server is on a different physical machine then the cold fusion/web server, but they are on the same network. I have the IP address to the sql server, and an ms sql username/password. I've searched high and low for this info, in CF documentation as well as via google, but I can't find anything other then OLEDB, and with that I can't find an example that does what I want to do (they're all for sql servers on the same machine as the web server).
