there is also 'knowledgeforum' but I am not familiar with it - was trialled
for one course at our university.

Subject: [CFTALKTor] WebCT and other teaching software

Hello!

This may be slightly off-topic but please help. Can anyone recommend an
e-learning solution which will allow lecturers to create courses, upload
teaching materials, include a bulletin board, manage assignments, compile
multiple choice exams and so on.

Our University is using WebCT which is powerful but not as user-friendly as
it could be so I'm looking for alternatives. I've come across
www.blackboard.com but please let me know if there are other such solutions.
Also cost is a factor which may govern our choice of solution.

Thanks
Razeen
