Hi Our team has developed a simple Web calendar you can view at:
http://www.culturalhrc.ca/calendar/calendar_e.cfm It is not designed for multiple linked calendars, but it can sort the events according to date, target audience or region (we'll be adding event type soon). There is an administration module to authorize/edit events. It allows entering bilingual information (the display page will first look for the right language field then move to the other one).
