Your end time seems to be before your start time. If you want to end the task at 7:00 PM, then use 19:00:00

Subject: [CFTALKTor] Scheduler Task didn't work

I'm trying to run a page at set intervals (10 minute for testing) using the Scheduled Tasks in the ColdFusion Administrator. I set it up last night, but the page isn't running.  Once the Task was created, I manually clicked "run" and the page did work, but it doesn't work automatically using the schedule I specified.

Anything missing or incorrect? Below are the settings that I used. It should run indefinitely.

Thanks.
